Support for New Landlords – how we’ve grown

We help landlords manage their portfolios and find suitable tenants, quickly and efficiently, whilst achieving best terms. We know we’re helpful and we hope we’re always friendly and approachable.  With 300 portfolios to manage, we have a lot of happy customers.

It doesn’t matter whether you’re new to being a landlord or you have a wealth of experience under your belt – our service is just the same, placing your property in the best position to be let.

How do we start?  We’ll tell you what rent you can expect to achieve, based on careful research giving details about similar properties in the same area and the rent amounts being paid.  We’ll guide you as to the condition the property needs to be in to attract the interest of the sort of tenant you are hoping for, and we’ll make sure you know what it means to comply with the law in every respect.

Then we market your property.  When we’ve done this, we can supervise viewings and negotiations and conduct background checks.  We’ll carry out regular visits so that you are reassured your property is being cared for.  If maintenance issues arise, we’ll use our approved contractors to put them right.

Our commitment to excellent customer service

We will maintain effective communication with all our landlords, keeping them updated at the negotiation stage and throughout the tenancy.  We’ll advise on prospective rents if you are considering another purchase.

To put your mind at ease, we will handle matters of legal compliance such as EPC’s, Gas Safety works and others, so your time is not taken up with these.
