Landlord Fees
Managed properties
- Initial fee: 50% + VAT of first month’s rent (every new tenancy)
- Management fee: 8% +VAT of the monthly rental amount
- Tenant referencing, AML checks, right to rent and registration of tenants deposit – £125
- Renewal of a tenancy to an existing tenant: £100.00 +VAT
- Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £80.00 +VAT
- Arrangement of Legionnaires Risk Assessment: £78.00 Inc VAT
- Arrangement of Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (per annum): £90.00 +VAT
- Arrangement of Electrical Condition Report: £120 +VAT
- Professional Inventory: £95 +VAT
Let only properties
- Initial letting fee: 60% + VAT of first month’s rent (when property is re-marketed)
- Renewal of a tenancy to an existing tenant: £100.00 +VAT
- Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificate (EPC): £80.00 +VAT

Sales Fees
Flat fee, to be agreed or % of the sale fee, to be agreed.
Tenant Fee
Permitted payment – 1 weeks rent required as holding deposit.
